Brands of Courage LLC is a proudly veteran and first responder-owned company with operations in both Australia and the United States. With a growing presence across the U.S., we’re more than just a coffee brand, we’re a mission in motion.

Founded in 2025 by Chris Gibson & Eleanor McNally.

Chris a veteran first responder with 37 years of frontline service.

Eleanor is a Navy veteran who has worked for the past 5 years with 3 Elements coffee, a Social Enterprise that gives back to veterans and first responders.

Brands of Courage was borne from a deep commitment to people. After decades spent supporting individuals through crisis, trauma, and recovery, Chris turned his focus to the broader community, especially those living with the long-term impacts of trauma, including veterans, first responders, and their families.

Brands of Courage was created not just to serve great coffee, but to serve a greater purpose: supporting recovery, connection, and courage in everyday life. Coffee became the vehicle, a simple, daily ritual that brings people together, opens conversations, and fosters belonging.

Chris and Eleanor connected with the veteran and first responder community, to everyday coffee lovers, to produce our unique Brands of Courage blend. 

At Brands of Courage, coffee is more than a beverage. It’s a bridge to connection, to healing, to purpose. Whether it’s shared in silence or across deep conversation, every cup represents resilience and support for those who’ve served and sacrificed.
